Brief Description:  Aileron bellcrank parts

Was out of town for a meeting, so no work done the last two days.

Today started gathering and laying out parts, and studying the drawings for the aileron bellcrank assembly.

Heated the aileron bellcrank pivot, -04, to 450f and installed the flange bearings, -05. This is a .002-.003 interference fit. At this temp, and with the bearing aligned, it falls into place or only needed light tapping with a piece of wood for the flange to be seated. Heating was one option noted on the plans, or else enlarge the hole by reaming or with emery cloth.

Next time I'll use the method of drawing in the bearings using the screw/spacer method since that doesn't transfer any heat to the bearing with has nylon ball cages and grease inside.

Updrill parts as needed for a trial orientation of left inboard (-01L) and left outboard (-02L) paddle assemblies.
